What's a Bilty, and why you'll get one
A Bilty — also called a Lorry Receipt or LR — is the official transport receipt and contract a logistics company issues when it accepts your goods for delivery. It's the document that proves the consignment exists, what terms it was carried under, and who's responsible if something goes wrong in transit.
We issue one for every consignment, whether it's a single parcel or a full truckload. Consignors use it to claim GST input credit and file insurance claims; consignees use it to confirm what was dispatched and on what terms.
